This residential development sits on a steeply sloping infill site close to the town centre.

The scheme was carefully designed to minimise the impact on a publicly accessible meadow which has high amenity value. Visual studies demonstrated that the building would not impact the existing skyline.

The buildings were designed to highly sustainable standards with IFC walling, triple glazing, heat recovery systems, and a large array of PV cells for each unit.
