The landscape proposals for this College campus redevelopment encompassed the entire site, including design from concept to construction supervision including a large garden courtyard, dining terraces, multi use games area, drainage Swales and a long term management plan for this historic landscape. The site is designated as Green Belt and is a registered Grade II landscape due to its historic importance.

The design draws reference to previous uses of the site with a strongly concept driven design, enhancing the sense of place that the completion of the new building has begun.
