NVB were appointed to create a new Town Hall for Frome. Among other functions, the building acts as offices for the council, but a key part of the brief was that it should be welcoming and encourage a sense of community ownership. The building had suffered periods of neglect and ad hoc adaptation and the key to the project was in unlocking the Twenty-First Century potential in this late Victorian building.
