Wells Cathedral School
The primary landscape component of this project is the De Salis garden for which a modern scheme has been designed using traditional components to respond to the historic setting. The need to replace post-war temporary classroom blocks brought the benefit of a new building which consolidated the footprint of the built form that enabled the creation of the new garden. This gave the school a much needed outdoor social space and games court. This project was heavily influenced by the historic setting within the cathedral city of Wells. Services included detailed design from inception to construction.
